Elizabeth Cassidy, LM, Team Midwife

In over twenty years of midwifery practice, Elizabeth has attended more than 1000 births.  After graduating from Casa De Nacimiento Midwifery School in 1998, Elizabeth began her homebirth midwifery practice in Santa Fe, Family Tree Midwifery. In 1992, Elizabeth also certified as an Emergency Medical Technician, reinforcing her innate ability to quickly and effectively respond in diverse circumstances. 

She felt called to be a midwife after her own home birth experiences and is grateful to offer holistic, compassionate, and individualized care to every family she serves, both in her private practice and at the Santa Fe Birth Center. 

In her free time, Elizabeth is a passionate downhill skier, hiker, and a doting grandmother.
